"It has been my pleasure to have been a frequent customer of the Honolulu Restaurant for over twenty years. I have tried virtually everything on both the food and drink menus and have found them both to be invariably excellent. Mr. Chan's drink mixes; the salad dressing and the Hunan and Szechuan dishes have become my favorites. But the secret ingredient that has made the Honolulu so special is the Chan family. They have made the restaurant truly special."
